General information
The 1st PhD workshop will take place on 25.06./26.06. in Ilmenau, Zuse Building (address: Helmholtzplatz 5), Room Z4005. The stairs for this room can be found at the south entrance, directly heading left when entering the building (see picture below):
However, there are two entrances. If you arrive from north (where the fountain is located), you can just traverse the building directly.

Travel information
The hotel for all registered workshop participants is “Hotel Mara” (www.mara-hotel.de) in Ilmenau. We already did reservations for all registered participants, it is not necessary to do it on your own! From Ilmenau train station it is roughly 120m to walk.
However, to Zuse Building (where the workshop takes place) it is ~2km distance from there (~25minutes to walk, or you can use a bus connection starting in front of the train station). See the map below.
During the workshop, there are cookies, coffee and stuff provided on both days. You can also go to the mensa of the TU Ilmenau before the program starts (and also after the end at ~12:00 on Tuesday).
